New Leaf Permaculture Farm is a family owned and operated Farm to Fork grower specializing in gourmet quality baby green salad mixes, micro greens, mushrooms, culinary herbs, vegetables, lettuces, garlic, sweet peppers, berries, and medicinal herbs.
We are located in Northern California’s scenic gold country in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Our driving passion is to grow the healthiest and freshest, NON-GMO, pesticide, and herbicide free foods for the Farm to Folk community.
As a certified permaculture designer, my wife and I apply sustainable permaculture principles and appropriate technologies to everything we do at our farm, and to the food we grow, as well as in our daily lives.
By specializing in sustainable growing systems such as Aquaponics, Hydroponics, and Polycultures combined with sustainable technologies like solar power, and by emulating natural systems we are able to care for the earth, care for people, create abundance, and reduce waist.
We use locally sourced suppliers when possible along with recycling and upcycling practices to develop our farm into an entirely self-sufficient enterprise; our motto is “Every output has an input”. By practicing these principals, we hope to become an example of an ecologically responsible farmers, and business.
